Food Tour in Seremban [II]

Food Tour in Seremban [II]
Min Kok Sdn Bhd

Here we go again! Food Tour around Seremban Town~~ Today Avalon will bring everyone to eat Dim Sum. A Popular Spot to eat Dim Sum in Seremban. The Restaurant Name is Min Kok Sdn Bhd. This shop is located at Era Walk. The landmarks nearby are St.Paul's Instituition, Tokyo Marine, Terminal 2. It's easy to locate, there's impossible to miss look if u head to terminal 2. The duration of Dim Sum is just about 7~8 hours ranging from 7am to 1pm. Besides eating Dim Sum, they also sells food like other resstaurant did...And ofcourse not to mention Wedding Dinner also apart of their bussiness also~

The Entrance

This place is crazy!! Even you come at 11 o'clock in the morning, you still have to line up outside to wait for your number being called! Don't bother of coming at 7am~8am in the morning because the condition is far worst~Can you imagine the crowd? It's like going a concert... One advise is go around 11am~12pm, lesser people that time.

The Interior of Min Kok Sdn Bhd

This is picture is apart of the restaurant only...This is the part where my camera managed to capture at 12pm~ Saw the crowd? Even 12pm people still crazy about Dim Sum!!! I will explain about how the Dim Sum system works in Min Kok Sdn Bhd...The waiters and waitress will push trolley around the restaurant...If you wanna order, then just call "leng zhai, leng lui, auntie~" they will respond to you. Most workers consists of young youths around my age or maybe younger~After that, just choose the Dim Sum you desire, then they will record down in a card. The card consists of the Dim sum's name, quantity and the price, so don't wori...you will know how much you eat and amount of price required to pay.

Examples of Dim Sum

They have "Siu Mai", "Har Gao", "zhu chiong fen", and etc [Just too many Dim Sum till i cant finish taking pictures of them!!]...Their egg tart is differently made compared to others. The egg tart's skin is nice to eat and the core [the center of it] is pretty well made; in the sense of eating many of them without eerie [geli] feeling.

Ah yes! this is one of my favourites in Dim Sum, must have this! "Tai Chi Siu Mai" which consists of scallop and under it made by fish meat~ yummy~ really love it that much~

Conclusion: One day don't where, when and how, you must try the Dim Sum at Min Kok Sdn Bhd. No point if you just get the inspirations and ideas/pictures, you must come here and try how the taste like. No point describing using colorful words, it's the experience that counts!
